Jennifer Giovannitti is the Executive Director of the Randolph County Development Authority and West Virginia Wood Technology Center (WTC). Ms. Giovannitti has been working in the field of land use planning and economic development for the past fifteen years. She holds professional certification in planning and economic development. She obtained a Bachelor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Masters Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia. Ms. Giovannitti was employed at the engineering firms of Herbert, Rowland, and Grubic, Inc. and Mackin Engineering in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before moving to West Virginia. She is active in the leadership of the Hardwood Alliance Zone, a seven county organization dedicated to promoting the wood products industry in West Virginia.

Jamie is the Instructor of the 14 week NHLA sanctioned Inspection Program at the West Virginia Wood Technology Center. Mr. Barnett has been in the hardwood industry since 1990 and has been a life long resident of West Virginia. He was a student in the first ever five day NHLA lumber inspection short course held at the West Virginia Wood Technology Center in 1993. He is also a graduate of the 136th class of the 14 week NHLA Inspection School in Memphis, TN. Prior to moving to Elkins, Mr. Barnett was employed for eight years by Cranberry Lumber Co. in Beckley, WV as a Lumber Inspector.

Nancy Barlow is the Executive Secretary of the Randolph County Development Authority and West Virginia Wood Technology Center (WTC). Ms. Barlow is entering her fourteenth year of employment with the Randolph County Development Authority. She handles student inquiries and assists potential students with financial aid questions. Ms. Barlow is responsible for invoicing all shop users for their time share on the woodworking equipment. She also assists with the WV Woodworkers Cooperative and provides Administrative Assistance for the Hardwood Alliance Zone.

Mr. Wyatt began his career in the lumber industry at Mongold Lumber Company of Dailey, WV in 1988. He was inspired by the Lumber Company Community and became a certified Moulder and Grinder Machine Technician through Michael Weinig Institute of Statesville, NC. After 12 years with Mongold Lumber he accepted a position as the Quality Assurance Manager for Colonial Millwork, Ltd of Beverly, WV. Before accepting the position with the WV Wood Technology Center, Matt held the position of the Plant Manager for Wilson Quality Millwork, Inc. of Elkins, WV.
