GRANT ADMINISTRATION

The Randolph County Development Authority is a flow through for local organizations that receive grants.  Some federal and state grants require that a government agency sponsor their grant applications.  Organizations that the RCDA has sponsored are: Rich Mountain Battlefield, Elkins Randolph County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Elkins Parks & Recreation, WV Railroad Museum, Third Ward PTO, and Whitmer Public Service District.
