Business Development

A thriving economy is critical to the long-term success of any region. We help make that happen for Randolph County.

Community Development

One of the best ways we can help promote economic development is by promoting what our area has to offer.

Workforce Development

Businesses need workers whose skills are up to date and always improving. We ensure those opportunities are available locally.

The Randolph County Development Authority assists business growth in a wide variety of ways. The authority’s staff and volunteer board members provide technical expertise regarding site selection and economic development programs for those looking to locate in Randolph County.

Staff also assist with work force issues, market research, business incubation and, when it’s time, training opportunities. We already have a vast amount of knowledge on Randolph County and its advantages, and if we don’t have the answer we know where to find it. The RCDA also works closely with the community, strengthening the entire region by building on our natural strengths.

The Randolph County Development Authority has led the way as the Potomac Highlands have built upon the area’s rugged history and abundant natural resources to the high-tech opportunities of today, and we will lead the region through the 21st Century and beyond.
